The CLICKandDOWN brand, including its logo, UI design, and proprietary algorithms, are the exclusive property of CLICKandDOWN. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the interface.

Limitation of Liability

"In no event shall CLICKandDOWN or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on CLICKandDOWN's website."

SECTION 14.2 OF GLOBAL USER POLICY

Governing Law

Any claim relating to CLICKandDOWN's website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
